We offer our homes with financing as well as a cash buy. Through our "PRIVATE LENDING PROGRAM we also have the ability to offer rehab financing.


We finance as follows :


- Maximum 70 % ARV
- 2 points upfront
- 16 % interest annually
- 90 days financing with possible extentions
- $ 295 application fee


Requirements from borrower :


- We prefer investors with experience in rehabing homes
- Exit strategy predefined
- Bad credit not an issue.
- Personal financial statement
- Current appraisal
- Rehab cost estimate
